ABOUT ME

Hi there! I’m Ashley Ramos, a graduate from Kent State University, where I earned my Masters Degree in UX Design. While I'm currently working as an IT Quality Assurance Analyst Associate, my passion lies in creating meaningful user experiences.

Ever since I delved into the world of UX during my studies, I've been captivated by its blend of creativity and problem-solving. I believe that great design isn't just about making things look pretty – it's about understanding the needs and behaviors of users and crafting experiences that make their lives easier and more enjoyable.

In my role as a Quality Assurance Analyst, I've developed an eye for detail and a deep appreciation for the importance of usability testing. Every bug I encounter and every test I perform is an opportunity to improve the overall user experience, ensuring that products are not only functional but also intuitive and user-friendly.

Outside of the office, you'll often find me exploring new destinations. I also enjoy getting crafty with DIY projects and spending quality time with my family – they're my rock and my biggest source of inspiration.
